submissive pee

I am a new dog owner. I have a 4 month old Golden doodle named Chloe. My boyfriend and I live together with our roomate Kyle. Chole has really taken to My boyfriend and I but it is a little different with our roomate Kyle. She is really bad with the submissive pee when it comes to him. If he looks at her, touches her, scolds her, or talks to her she pee's non stop. He has never been harsh with her. We even tried having him feed her at night, and he likes to take her for walks but nothing is working. I know it hurts his feeling but the books say he must give off a really dominant energy. She only acts this way with him. Any ideas on how to fix this?
