Im sure most dog owners know of this show. So I was just curious...how many of ya agree 100% with what he preaches? I agree with most, but some things are far fetched to me. For example, on walks, I dont believe my dog needs to be 100% focused on me at all times. I let my dog walk on a retractable leash. This way he can sniff, poop, pee, play, etc.. have all the fun he wants while we walk together. I just trained him to come right back to me on the slightest tug of the leash or I can give him a command like STOP or SIT. He has no issues with trying to dominate me, anyone else or with any other dog, on or off the leash. Maybe I am just lucky, though, that my dog acts this way. Any thoughts on this or on the Dog Whisperer?
