Greeting Craziness

When I or my husband come in the door from being at work all day our dog goes crazy. She jumps up on us, nips at our arms or clothes, and is just absolutely crazy. We try to ignore this behavior until she settles down, but she is just so excited. We are expecting our second child in a month and it makes us nervous knowing that when we are holding the infant our dog will jump up and accidentally scratch or nip at our child, or possibly knock us over while holding the baby. Does anyone have tips on how you got your Goldendoodle to calm down when walking in the house? We cannot come home during the day to break up the day, so that isn't an option. The only thing that is going for us is that I get home about an hour before my husband and daughter so our dog is able to release some energy by the time they get home.
